Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains when you may request a refund for purchases made through ReplyPDF, Inc. (“ReplyPDF,” “we,” “our”). It applies to all digital subscription plans and one‑time credits unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

1. Cooling‑Off Period (14 Days)

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase ("Cooling‑Off Period"), provided that:

  • You have not materially breached our Terms of Service; and
  • You have not consumed more than 25 analysis credits or processed more than 50 pages during the Cooling‑Off Period.

• EU/UK consumers: This satisfies the statutory 14‑day “right of withdrawal” for digital content. By using the Service within 14 days, you acknowledge that performance has begun and the refund may be prorated based on usage.

2. Annual & Multi‑Month Plans

For plans billed in advance for 3 months or longer, you may cancel at any time. Refunds are prorated for the unused portion rounded down to the nearest full month, minus any promotional discounts applied at purchase.

3. Non‑Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Partial subscription periods after the Cooling‑Off Period;
  • Add‑on credits or in‑app purchases once used;
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms, abuse, or chargeback fraud;
  • Fees incurred through third‑party payment processors (foreign‑exchange spreads, card issuer fees).

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or in error, contact us within 60 days of the transaction. We will verify and refund any confirmed duplicate charges, regardless of the Cooling‑Off Period.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to selcouth004@gmail.com with:

  • Subject line: Refund Request – [Your Account Email]
  • Transaction ID or invoice number;
  • Date of purchase;
  • Reason for the request.

We may request additional information (e.g., usage logs) solely to validate eligibility and improve our Service.

6. Processing Time & Method

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 U.S. business days. Processing time may vary based on your bank or card issuer. We cannot accelerate this timeline once the refund is submitted.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting ReplyPDF may result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute unfounded chargebacks.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or in‑app notification 15 days before they become effective. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
